Jackpot Rolls to $14.8 Million for Aug. 27th Drawing

TRENTON (Aug. 24, 2018) – Pick-6 XTRA’s jackpot has rolled to $14.8 million! Aug. 23rd’s drawing produced 11 winners of $3,440 all of whom matched five out of six white balls drawn. If those tickets had been purchased with XTRA, it would have multiplied the prize to $10,320. Acting Executive Director James Carey announced that there were 756,838 tickets purchased for the drawing and of those sold, thousands were prizewinners! The next drawing will be held Monday, August 27, 2018.

The winning numbers for the Thursday, Aug. 23rd drawing were: 02, 13, 15, 18, 31, and 39. The XTRA Multiplier was: 03. By adding XTRA for an additional $1.00 per play, winners are able to multiply their non-jackpot prizes by the XTRA number drawn.

For correctly matching four numbers, 698 ticketholders won $52 each and 89 others won $156 each with the addition of XTRA. Moreover, for correctly matching three numbers 12,132 ticketholders won $3.00 each and 1,592 others won $9 each with the addition of XTRA. Lastly 12,020 ticketholders each won $2.00 for correctly matching two numbers with the addition of XTRA on their purchase.
