Thousands of New Jersey Players Win Prizes

TRENTON (March 1, 2018) – The Powerball jackpot has rolled to $321 million! Although no one won the jackpot in the February 28th drawing, 40,838 New Jersey players took home an estimated $246,571 in prizes ranging from $4 to $500, according to Lottery Acting Executive Director John M. White.

The winning numbers for the Wednesday, Feb. 28 drawing were: 12, 30, 59, 65 and 69. The Red Power Ball number was 16. The Multiplier number was 05.

“Congratulations to all of the lottery players who purchased winning tickets and to the retailers that sold them,” said White. “I’d like to remind players to purchase their Powerball tickets with a winning attitude and add Power Play to the ticket purchase. Power Play doubles the second prize from one million dollars to two million dollars and multiplies all of the seven lower prize sets available in the game by the number drawn that evening. The jackpot prize is not multiplied.” The Powerball jackpot rolls to $321,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Saturday, March 3rd at 10:59 pm.
