TRENTON (July 3, 2019) – One lucky ticket matched all five numbers drawn winning the $536,940 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Tuesday, July 2nd drawing. The winning numbers were: 01, 02, 05, 25 and 42 and the XTRA number was: 02. The lucky retailer that sold the winning ticket was Pantry 1 Food Mart, 479 Old Marlton Pike, Marlton in Burlington County.

Acting Executive Director James Carey said, “We are thrilled that the winning jackpot ticket was sold at Pantry 1 Food Mart. The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket. Overnight, they have become one more ‘lucky location’ for the very fortunate lottery winner.”

Carey announced that there were 553,795 tickets purchased for the drawing. By adding XTRA, for an additional $1.00 per play, winners are able to multiply their non-jackpot prizes by the XTRA number drawn. For correctly matching four of the five numbers drawn, 77 ticketholders won $587 each and 16 others won $1,174 each with the addition of XTRA. Moreover, for correctly matching three of the five numbers drawn, 3,910 ticketholders won $12 each and 779 others won $24 each with the addition of XTRA. Lastly 7,613 ticketholders each won $2 for correctly matching two of the five numbers drawn with the addition of XTRA on their purchase.
