One New Jersey Player Wins $150,000 and One Player Wins $50,000
Powerball Jackpot Rolls to $500,000,000
TRENTON (Sept. 7, 2023) – Two New Jersey Lottery tickets matched four of the five white balls and the Power Ball drawn for the Wednesday, September 6, drawing winning the $50,000 second-tier prize. One of those tickets was purchased with the Power Play option, multiplying the prize to $150,000. Those tickets were sold at the following locations:
- Passaic County ($150,000): Krauszer’s Food Market, 163 East Main St., Little Falls; and,
- Union County ($50,000): Kings Rt. 1 Truck Stop, 828 US Highway 1, Elizabeth.
The winning numbers for the Wednesday, September 6, drawing were: 09, 14, 20, 23, and 63. The Red Power Ball number was 01. The Power Play was 3X. 32,106 New Jersey players took home an estimated $195,042 in prizes ranging from $4 to $300. The Powerball jackpot rolls to $500,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Saturday, September 9, at 10:59 pm.
Double Play Results
The Double Play drawing is an additional drawing for players who opted-in to the Double Play feature on their tickets. The Double Play drawing results for the Wednesday, September 6, drawing were: 01, 12, 30, 50 and 55. The Double Play Ball number was 10.
