On a dreary, chilly Friday morning where the sun was nothing but a rumor, a Bergan County player drew a Fast Play Progressive Garden State Bingo ticket that captured $78,383 for 100% of the jackpot, brightening the day at least for one person.

Flavor Mart and More, 362 Garden Street, in Carlstadt sold the winning $10 ticket.

The jackpot was reset to its base of $10,000.
