Union County Player Wins Jersey Cash 5
Prize of $253,386 was second of week
TRENTON (March 10, 2025) – A Union County player Friday highlighted a bountiful week for Jersey Cash 5 players, matching the winning numbers of the March 7 drawing to win the $253,386 jackpot.
The ticket was purchased at ShopRite of Linden, 637 West Edgar Road, in the Union County city of Linden. The winning numbers 01, 06, 10, 21 and 42. The XTRA was 02, and the Bullseye was 01. Additionally, there were 28 players who matched four numbers and hit the Bullseye to win $500 each; seven others also won $500 by matching four balls with the XTRA.
The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
On the previous Tuesday, a Monmouth County player won a $664,754 jackpot at Krauser’s in Keyport.
