TRENTON (Feb. 24, 2025) – The groundhog has spoken. Baseball’s spring training has started. Mardi Gras is around the corner. The days are getting longer. All of that makes us optimistic for spring. Meanwhile, in looking at the New Jersey Lottery’s draw games jackpots, one can see dreams taking deeper root.
