TRENTON (December 23, 2025) – The Powerball jackpot has reached $1.7 billion after no player matched all five white balls and the Powerball in Monday’s drawing.

The jackpot’s cash value is now an estimated $781.3 million heading into Wednesday’s Christmas Eve drawing. The jackpot has been won once on Christmas Eve (2011) and four times on Christmas Day (1996, 2002, 2010 and 2013). Powerball drawings are live streamed at 10:59 p.m. on Powerball.com.

The winning numbers were 03, 18, 36, 41, and 54. The Power Ball was 07, and the multiplier was 02. Six New Jersey Lottery players matched four white balls and the Power Ball to each win $50,000.

In the Double Play drawing, which is a separate event for players who opted in for the Double Play feature, no New Jersey player won the top prize, which is $10 million. The Double Play drawing’s numbers were 14, 32, 47, 48 and 69; the Double Play ball was 17. There were 31 New Jersey players who matched three white balls and the Double Play ball to each win $500. Nine players matched four white balls to also win $500 each.

This current jackpot run—the next drawing will be a record 47th--began after two players in Missouri and Texas split the $1.8 billion jackpot on Sept. 6. Since then, 70 New Jersey players have won prizes of at least $50,000. Among those, one player won $2 million, five players won $1 million, one $500,000, four $200,000, and three $100,000.
