TRENTON (Sept. 2, 2025) – Two tickets matched all five white balls to win $1,000,000 in Monday’s Powerball drawing. No player in the multi-state game matched all five balls and the gold Power Ball to win the jackpot, which now stands at about $1.3 billion heading into Wednesday’s drawing.

These two million-dollar tickets represent just how lucky New Jersey can be – there were 10 tickets sold nationwide for last night’s drawing that won $1,000,000, and New Jersey was the only state with more than one.

The $1,000,000 winning tickets were sold by the courier Jackpocket, and P&G Fuel, 1050 Milford Warren Glen Rd., Milford in Hunterdon County. The $150,000 winning ticket was sold at Limonta Liquors, 293 Vernon Ave., Clifton in Passaic County.

The winning numbers were 08, 23, 25, 40 and 53. The Power Ball was 05 and the multiplier was 03.

Additionally, the Double Play drawing’s numbers were 01, 15, 26, 48 and 67; the Double Play ball was 19. The Double Play is a separate drawing for players who opted in for the Double Play feature on their tickets. The top prize is $10 million.
