HERE'S HOW TO PLAY
This ticket will feature four (4) game plays. The player gently removes the latex covering the play area to reveal six (6) WINNING NUMBERS and twenty-five (25) YOUR NUMBERS, with a prize amount below each of the YOUR NUMBERS play symbols. If any of the WINNING NUMBERS match any of the YOUR NUMBERS, the player wins the prize amount shown below the matched number(s). If a "MONEYBAG" symbol is revealed in any of the YOUR NUMBERS play spots, the player automatically wins the PRIZE shown. If a "5X" symbol is revealed in any of the YOUR NUMBERS play spots, the player wins 5 TIMES the prize shown. If a "10X" symbol is revealed in any of the YOUR NUMBERS play spots, the player wins 10 TIMES the prize amount shown.
BONUS $40: If the player reveals a "$40 BURST", the player wins $40 automatically.
BONUS $100: If the player reveals a "$100 BURST", the player wins $100 automatically.
BONUS $250: If the player reveals a "$250 BURST", the player wins $250 automatically.

Approximately 7.2 million EXTREME CASH tickets are initially planned in this game. The New Jersey Lottery reserves the right to subsequently increase this quantity of tickets. Should additional tickets be introduced, prize levels and frequency of winning will be consistent with the initial quantity of tickets. In the EXTREME CASH Scratch-Offs game, New Jersey allocates approximately 71% of the gross receipts, net of free tickets, to prizes. On the average, better than 1 ticket in 5 wins a prize. Odds and number of winners may vary based on sales, distribution and claims.
*The $1,000,000 prize will be paid in 25 annual gross installments of $40,000 each. At the time the prize is claimed, the Claimant shall be entitled to change the election to a Cash Option where the winner shall receive a payment equal to the gross cash value of $872,300 provided, however, that no change to the election shall be permitted after payment of a cash prize, or after payment of the first installment of an annuity prize, or subsequent to the sixtieth (60th) day following the date at which the prize was claimed.
