This ticket will feature five game plays. Remove the latex covering the play area to reveal ten WINNING NUMBERS and thirty ULTIMATE NUMBERS, with a prize amount below each of the ULTIMATE NUMBERS play symbols. If any of the ULTIMATE NUMBERS match any of the WINNING NUMBERS, win the prize amount shown below the matched number(s). If a "MONEYBAG" symbol is revealed in any of the ULTIMATE NUMBERS play spots, automatically win the PRIZE shown for that symbol. If a "5X" symbol is revealed in any of the ULTIMATE NUMBERS play spots, win 5 TIMES the PRIZE amount shown for that symbol. If a "10X" symbol is revealed in any of the ULTIMATE NUMBERS play spots, win 10 TIMES the PRIZE amount shown for that symbol. If a "PLANET" symbol is revealed in any of the ULTIMATE NUMBERS play spots, win $2,000 automatically.
If a PRIZE amount appears in any of the four BONUS spots, win that amount automatically.
Approximately 9.12 million $1,000,000 ULTIMATE SPECTACULAR tickets are initially planned in this game. The New Jersey Lottery reserves the right to subsequently increase this quantity of tickets. Should additional tickets be introduced, prize levels and frequency of winning will be consistent with the initial quantity of tickets. In the $1,000,000 ULTIMATE SPECTACULAR Scratch-Offs game, New Jersey allocates approximately 70% of the gross receipts, net of free tickets, to prizes. On the average, better than 1 ticket in 4 wins a prize. Odds and number of winners may vary based on sales, distribution and claims.
*The $1,000,000 prize will be paid in 25 annual gross installments of $40,000 each. At the time the prize is claimed, the Claimant shall be entitled to change the election to a Cash Option where the winner shall receive a payment equal to the gross cash value of $595,300 provided, however, that no change to the election shall be permitted after payment of a cash prize, or after payment of the first installment of an annuity prize, or subsequent to the sixtieth (60th) day following the date at which the prize was claimed.
