Four Days Left Before $1,000,000 CASH4LIFE Ticket Expires
TRENTON (Dec. 5, 2017) – The clock is ticking on a one million CASH4LIFE ticket that will expire at the end of the Lottery business day on Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, if it remains unclaimed.
The ticketholder may be a New Jersey resident or a visitor to our lovely state as the ticket was purchased along the New Jersey Turnpike at the Joyce Kilmer HMS rest stop, located at Mile Post 78.7 North, Milltown in Middlesex County, last year, around Dec. 8, 2016.
The winning numbers from the Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016 drawing were: 08, 28, 29, 49 and 57. The Cash Ball was: 03. The winning ticket will match all five of the white balls, but not the Cash ball, drawn that evening. The winner must have possession of the ticket to claim the prize.
Carole Hedinger, New Jersey Lottery executive director said, “We encourage all of our New Jersey Lottery players to do a thorough search of their nooks and crannies at home and elsewhere because we want to make a CASH4LIFE player a jackpot winner. It would be a great way to make this holiday season even more festive.”
Anyone holding the winning ticket should immediately sign the back and contact Lottery Headquarters at 609-599-5800, or visit any New Jersey Lottery retailer to validate the ticket. Once validated, the retailer will provide the ticketholder with a validation slip and completed claim form that they can bring to Lottery Headquarters during business hours, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday or mail.
CASH4LIFE tickets are now available in: Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. Players select five numbers from a field of one through 60, and then select a “Cash Ball” from a field of one through four. Drawings are held on Monday and Thursday at approximately 9:00 p.m.
