TRENTON (Sept. 22, 2017) – Kenneth W. of Monroe Township in Middlesex County loves to play Pick 4 and Jersey Cash 5 with his favorite numbers. Occasionally, he will pick up a Mega Millions or Powerball ticket, but recently, he decided to try his luck on a few Instant Games. The $1,000,000 Spectacular game caught his attention while at the Battleground Deli, 203 Freehold Rd. (Route 522), Manalapan in Monmouth County and it looked like it might be a lucky game. He purchased a few game cards and brought them home to his family. They scratched the first two with no success. His wife said that the third ticket would be the last one that they would play for the day. It turned out to be the last one that they needed because it was a $1,000,000 jackpot prizewinner.

After they processed what was revealed on their kitchen table, the family rejoiced at the big win. Kenneth plans to use the money for a family vacation and invest the balance for the family’s future benefit.

Terrance Owens of Somerville in Somerset County is a Pick-3 and Pick-4 player with a previous $2,700 win from a few years back. While at the Lucky Spot Convenience Store, 100 N. Gaston Ave. in Somerville, he decided to play the $500,000 Riches game. His first ticket was not a winner, but he felt like playing just one more. Wise choice as it turned out to be the $500,000 jackpot prizewinner. He immediately went home to tell his wife. Terrance doesn't have any big plans for his prize yet, but mentioned setting some aside to help his grandchildren with their college funds.

Elchonon Klughaupt of Lakewood in Ocean County is a Crossword Instant Games fan. Each week, he plays a few cards. While at the Rite Liquors, 605 E. County Line Rd. in Lakewood, he purchased some of the Mega Crossword tickets and began scratching the latex.

As he scratched the final game card, he became excited as more and more words revealed themselves on the Mega Crossword game board, increasing the prize bit by bit. As he reached eight words and revealed a $500 prize, he almost stopped scratching, thinking that there was no way he could be luckier than that. The game had more to offer and, as he continued scratching, he had revealed a total of 11 words winning the $500,000 jackpot prize. Elchonon will use his prize to get ahead of his current bills and set up some investments for the future with long-lasting returns.
