TRENTON (Sept. 25, 2017) – Two tickets matched all five numbers drawn splitting the $1,616,678 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Sunday, Sept. 24 drawing. The winning numbers were: 05, 12, 15, 17 and 41 and the XTRA number was: 03. The lucky tickets were purchased at the following locations:

• Middlesex County: House of Liquors, 2909 Washington Rd., Parlin; and
• Monmouth County: Welsh Farms, 1811 Main St., Lake Como.

Executive Director Carole Hedinger said, “We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at House of Liquors & Welsh Farms. The retailers will each receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning tickets. Overnight, they have become four more ‘lucky locations’ for the very fortunate lottery winners.”

Executive Director Carole Hedinger announced that there were 1,085,791 tickets purchased for the drawing. By adding XTRA, for an additional $1.00 per play, winners are able to multiply their non-jackpot prizes by the XTRA number drawn. For correctly matching four of the five numbers drawn, 212 ticketholders won $450 each and 26 others won $1,350 each with the addition of XTRA. Moreover, for correctly matching three of the five numbers drawn, 7,431 ticketholders won $14 each and 944 others won $42 each with the addition of XTRA. Lastly, 11,182 ticketholders each won $2 for correctly matching two of the five numbers drawn with the addition of XTRA on their purchase.
