TRENTON (March 12, 2018) – One lucky ticket matched all five numbers drawn winning the $702,686 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Friday, March 9th drawing. The winning numbers were:  01, 02, 11, 17 and 30 and the XTRA number was: 04. The lucky retailer that sold the winning ticket is Wine 2 Spirits, 662 Ringwood Ave., Wanaque in Passaic County.  

Acting Executive Director John M. White said, “We are thrilled that the winning jackpot ticket was sold at Wine 2 Spirits. The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket. Overnight, they have become one more ‘lucky location’ for the very fortunate lottery winner.”  

White announced that there were 667,660 tickets purchased for the drawing. By adding XTRA, for an additional $1.00 per play, winners are able to multiply their non-jackpot prizes by the XTRA number drawn. For correctly matching four of the five numbers drawn, 131 ticketholders won $414 each and 28 others won $1,656 each with the addition of XTRA. Moreover, for correctly matching three of the five numbers drawn, 4,744 ticketholders won $13 each and 730 others won $52 each with the addition of XTRA. Lastly 8,324 ticketholders each won $2 for correctly matching two of the five numbers drawn with the addition of XTRA on their purchase.
