TRENTON (March 22, 2018) – One lucky ticket matched all five numbers drawn winning the $1,273,729 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from the Wednesday, March 21 drawing. The winning numbers were:  05, 26, 29, 31 and 37 and the XTRA number was: 04. The lucky retailer that sold the winning ticket is Family Food Market, 2015 Route 57, Hackettstown in Warren County.  

Acting Executive Director John M. White said, “We are thrilled that the winning jackpot ticket was sold at Family Food Market. The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for selling the winning ticket. Overnight, they have become one more ‘lucky location’ for the very fortunate lottery winner.”  

White announced that there were 882,996 tickets purchased for the drawing. By adding XTRA, for an additional $1.00 per play, winners are able to multiply their non-jackpot prizes by the XTRA number drawn. For correctly matching four of the five numbers drawn, 131 ticketholders won $609 each and 12 others won $2,436 each with the addition of XTRA. Moreover, for correctly matching three of the five numbers drawn, 5,479 ticketholders won $15 each and 754 others won $60 each with the addition of XTRA. Lastly 9,092 ticketholders each won $2 for correctly matching two of the five numbers drawn with the addition of XTRA on their purchase.
