New Jersey Lottery Presents Bonus Check to Morris County Riverdale Lukoil South for Selling the $521 Million Mega Millions Jackpot Winning Ticket
TRENTON (April 2, 2018) – John M. White, New Jersey Lottery acting executive director, today visited Ameer Krass, owner of Riverdale Lukoil South, 105 Route 23 South, Riverdale in Morris County. White presented him with a ceremonial check for $30,000 representing the bonus commission the store will receive for selling the winning Mega Millions jackpot ticket from the Friday, March 30th drawing.
“Congratulations to Riverdale Lukoil South and to Ameer Krass for selling this winning ticket. The win has made this local Riverdale Lukoil South a very popular place. It will continue to be known around the country as a very lucky Lottery location,” White said. “We are thrilled that the New Jersey Lottery brand can assist our State’s business owners, large and small, with brand building by offering Lottery products that encourage consumer traffic into their stores.”
The winning numbers for the Friday, March 30th drawing were: 11, 28, 31, 46, and 59. The Gold Mega Ball was 01. The Megaplier Multiplier was 03. The Mega Millions jackpot resets to $40,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Tuesday, April 3 at 11:00 pm. All New Jersey Lottery Mega Millions tickets must be purchased before 10:45 pm to participate in the drawing. Mega Millions tickets cost just two dollars; by adding the Megaplier option for an extra dollar per play, players can increase their non-jackpot winnings up to five times. Mega Millions tickets are sold in 46 participating jurisdictions. Drawings are held on Tuesdays and Fridays.
