TRENTON (Oct. 22, 2018) – The Mega Millions jackpot has rolled to $1.6 billion, the highest jackpot for a North American lottery game ever! James Carey, New Jersey Lottery acting executive director, announced that there was one second-tier prizewinning ticket sold for the Friday, Oct. 19th drawing that matched five of the five white balls drawn winning the $1,000,000 prize. That ticket was purchased at Citgo Mart, 519 Route 33, Millstone Township in Monmouth County. If that ticket had been purchased with the Megaplier option, the prize would be multiplied to $2,000,000.

Fourteen tickets were also sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Gold Mega Ball drawn winning the $10,000 third-tier prize. One of those tickets was purchased with the Megaplier option, multiplying the prize to $20,000. Those tickets were sold at the following locations:

• Bergen County ($10,000): Shoprite of Oakland, 14 Post Rd., Oakland;
• Hudson County ($10,000): Lackawanna Liquors, One Hudson Place, Hoboken;
• Hunterdon County ($10,000): Clinton Valero, 1747 Route 31 S., Clinton;
• Mercer County ($10,000): Corner Express, 5 Lawrenceville Pennington Rd., Lawrenceville;

The winning numbers for the Friday, Oct. 19th drawing were: 15, 23, 53, 65 and 70. The Gold Mega Ball was 07, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 02.
