Powerball Jackpot Rolls to $246,000,000
Joins Mega Millions and Pick-6 Multi-Million Dollar Jackpots
Thousands of NJ Players Won Prizes in Last Night’s Drawing
TRENTON (Dec. 13, 2018) – The Powerball jackpot has rolled to $246,000,000, making for some exciting times! Over the next three days, New Jersey Lottery players have chances to win three different multi-million jackpots. Players are reminded it only takes one ticket to have some fun and get in a game for that chance to win some big bucks: tonight’s Pick-6 jackpot is $29,000,000 million, Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot is $262,000,000 million and Saturday’s Powerball jackpot is $246,000,000.
Although no one won the jackpot in the Dec. 12th Powerball drawing, 27,843 New Jersey players took home an estimated $142,861 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200, according to Lottery Acting Executive Director James Carey.
The winning numbers for the Wednesday, Dec. 12th drawing were: 04, 09, 21, 29 and 64. The Red Power Ball number was 26. The Multiplier number was 02.
“Congratulations to all of the lottery players who purchased winning tickets and to the retailers that sold them,” said Carey. “I’d like to remind players to purchase their Powerball tickets with a winning attitude and add Power Play to the ticket purchase. Power Play doubles the second prize from one million dollars to two million dollars and multiplies all of the seven lower prize sets available in the game by the number drawn that evening. The jackpot prize is not multiplied.” The Powerball jackpot rolls to $246,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Saturday, Dec. 15th at 10:59 pm.
