One New Jersey Lottery Ticket Wins $150,000 as the
Powerball Jackpot Rolls to $50,000,000
TRENTON (Sept. 26, 2019) – There was one New Jersey Lottery ticket sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn for the Wednesday, Sept. 25, drawing winning the $50,000 third-tier prize. That ticket was purchased with Powerplay, multiplying the prize to $150,000. The winning ticket from Wednesday night’s drawing was sold at Wawa #433, 502 Shore Rd., Somers Point in Atlantic County.
The winning numbers for the Wednesday, Sept. 25, drawing were: 37, 43, 44, 45 and 53. The Red Power Ball number was 25. The Multiplier number was 03. The Powerball jackpot rolls to $50,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Saturday, Sept. 28 at 10:59 pm.
In addition to the third-tier prizewinning ticket sold, there were 16,249 New Jersey players who took home an estimated $92,612 in prizes ranging from $4 to $300, according to Lottery Acting Executive Director James Carey.
