*The $1,000,000 prize will be paid in 25 annual gross installments of $40,000 each. At the time the prize is claimed the claimant shall be entitled to change the election to a cash option where the winner shall receive a check equal to the gross cash value of $713,400 provided, however, that no change to the election shall be permitted after payment of a cash prize, or after payment of the first installment of an annuity prize, or subsequent to the sixtieth (60th) day following the date at which the prize was claimed.
